The service
HM Camera is a professional event capture tool. Operators use the app to photograph guests, brand the results, and deliver them by email with private gallery links. These terms cover the HM Camera iOS app and the go.hmcamera.com services, operated by Honey Motion LLC ("we").
Emails and purchases
HM Camera is free to start. Every account gets 50 free guest-email deliveries and 50 free prints, one time. Beyond that, the app offers subscription plans with a monthly pool of emails and prints that renews each billing period, and optional one-time top-up packs of extra emails for subscribers, all through Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchased top-up emails do not expire. Apple processes purchases, subscriptions, and refund requests under its terms.
The operator's responsibilities
Operators are the photographers of their own events. You are responsible for: having the right to use every logo, template, background, and image you upload; obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires to photograph your guests; and only entering email addresses guests have given you for receiving their media. Delivery emails are transactional (sent because a guest asked for their photos) and each includes an opt-out that we enforce permanently.
Content and rights
What you and your guests create is yours: we claim no ownership of captured media or uploaded art, and use it only to run the service (rendering, storage, delivery, gallery pages). AI-generated backdrops are provided for use within your events; you are responsible for reviewing them before use. The HM Camera app, name, and service are ours and licensed to you for use as intended, not for resale, scraping, or reverse engineering.
Fair use and availability
Email pools, generation quotas, and storage exist to keep the service healthy; we may throttle patterns that look like abuse (bulk marketing, spam, unlawful content) and may suspend accounts used unlawfully. The service is provided as-is: we work hard to keep it available during your events, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, to the extent the law allows.
Content Policy
Every account agrees to our Content Policy before using HM Camera. It covers what content is prohibited (including sexual content involving minors), and when we may preserve, restrict, or report content as required or permitted by law. It is part of these terms.
Eligibility and governing law
You must be able to enter a binding contract to operate an account. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and disputes belong to the courts located in Arizona, except where applicable consumer law gives you rights or a venue that cannot be waived.
Privacy, changes, contact
How we handle data is covered by our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: support@hmcamera.com.
